My name is Richard Waldman and I grew up in Southern California, in a family of five. I was the youngest of three boys.

Coaching was a natural transition for me. I’ve been teaching and speaking for the last twenty years. Graduating from the Coaches Training Institute brought back memories of when I was coached as a gymnast during junior high, high school and college, which taught me about mentoring and teaching from the heart.

I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from California State University at Long Beach and met and married my wife Linda who worked in Real Estate.

Having spent years in the corporate world, we moved from Southern California to the Central Coast in 1986. After obtaining my brokers license, Linda and I owned and operated a Real Estate and Loan Brokerage company until 2000, when we moved to the bay area where we now reside.

I am grateful for having worked with many talented individuals who were committed to growing the human spirit.
